मैं महासचिव सीएआईसीजीएसए द्वारा उठाए गये कदमों की सरहाना करता हूँ और आशा करता हूँ कि नव वर्ष 2012 में सभी अधिनस्थ कार्यालयों में कार्यरत्त सभी आशुलिपिक समुदाय एकजुट हो कर काम करें और अपनी समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए प्रयत्न करें तांकि वर्ष 2012 में हम पैरिटी हासिल कर सकें।

Kindly enhance the facility of mailing system, discussion forum, database of CAICGSA members, Database of DOPT & 6th CPC Orders and Circulars, link to Website of Confederatin of Central Govt. Employees& Workers and all Association. Also write to different Workers Federation to motivate the Stenographers for their active participatation by way of subscription and feeding membership data to the Federation. My special request to Mr. Harisuthan to parepare a Preamble, Constitution, Planned Framework oriented objective of the Association for the Calender Year 2012 or Financial Year 2012-13. I would also impress upon the Secy General to send a strong Demand Letter to DOPT Secretary to grant full parity in Pay Band, Grade Pay, Time Scale Promotion, In-Situ Promotion, Non-Functional Selection Grade (NFSG)Promotion of all the Grade of Stenographers in all the Deptts. of the Subordinate Offices of Govt. of India.

Hota, Member, Kolkata - Many Many Good Wishes to all the Members of CAICGSA and Thanks to all pioneers for their Historical Efforts to for creation of a Dynamic Institution to fight for the noble cause of Stenographers suffering from financial deprivation by way of blocking promotional hierarchy, step-motherly treatment between stenographers of CSSS and Subordinate Offices; the former are luckier as the DOPT suo moto award them time bound in-situ promotion from Steno Gr. DPB1-2800 to Steno Gr. CPB2-4600, to PA PB2-4800, PS PB3-5400 and PPS PB3-6600, within a span of 10 years apprx. without bothering the majority of the Stenographers, who handle all the same and similar work, which emanates from Delhi but the objectives are implemented by the field force. I have read from the Press Release issued by Mr. KKN Kutty, Secretary General of CCGE&W, that when the Item No.1 to 5 were raised,the Staff Side replied that the 6th CPC has recommended in this version. Do you, my friends agree to the sheer false statement of the Govt ? Unless we consolidate our strength and take all recourses from making continuous demands to challenge the mala fide discriminatory stand of the Govt., our plight will never see the light of the day.
