E G Somanathan,PS,Indian Ordnance Factories. Sten cadre is the worst sufferers of 6th CPC. We should demand for upgradation of PS to Group A as done for Hindi Officer/Asst Dir(OL) etc. and upgradation of other grades in Steno at Par with Central Sectt.Cadres. Do our best to press this demand through various forums>
