RELIEF (S) SOUGHT
In view of the facts mentioned above the applicant
prays for the following relief(s):
(i)
To declare that
applicants working as stenographers in various grades under Sub-Ordinate
stenographers Secretariat Service with various department under the central
government is entitled to pay parity with their counter parts in Central
Secretariat Stenographers Service being enjoyed decades together
(ii)
To direct the
respondents to give parity in pay to the applicants working as stenographers in
various grades under Sub-Ordinate stenographers Secretariat Service with their
counter parts in Central Secretariat Stenographers Service w.e.f 1/1/2006 with
all consequential benefits.
(iii)
Grant such
other reliefs as may be prayed for and as the Court may deem fit to grant, and
(iv)
Grant the cost
of this Original Application.

INFRIM ORDER IF ANY PRAYED FOR :
Pending the final decision of the application the
applicant seeks issue of the following order:- To direct the respondents to
provisionally fix the pay of the applicants in parity with that of
stenographers in CSSS.

Done a commendable job. It will be a welcome step if the Original Application is uploaded in the CAICGSA site as PDF file so that we may be able to view the points. Further, We are prepared to send our contribution for fighting the court case. I have requested Mr. Harisuthan more than a fortnight ago to display the details of Bank A/c of CAICGSA so that we may send the desired contribution directly through NEFT transfer. Please do the same expeditiously.
ReplyDeleteMay I request Sri Harisuthan to clarify whether stenographers of subordinate offices of CG are treated as a cadre belongs to Sub-Ordinate Stenographers Secretariat Service ? I could not get it ?
ReplyDeleteI have not heard existence of a Stenographers' Service Cadre named SSSS. Till now, there exists only a Cadre named Central Secretariat Stenographers Service, abbriviated as CSSS. Where did u find the unheard information. It may be a innovative thought of some our valued members or hearsay. Nonetheless, if u think CAICGSA should pursue with the Central Govt. vociferously creation of a Separate Stenographers Cadre for Subordinate Stenographers all over India with a proposed name All India Subordinate Offices Stenographers Services ( AISOSS), then we must propose the new Recruitment Rules, Cadre Controlling Authority, Hierarchy, Pan India Seniority Policy, All India Inter Departmental Transfer Policy, Uniform Training Course and many other things. Giving a material shape to these aspects is not easy thing to do, but it can be culminated by a team of dedicated and intellectual mind. Do you volunter to come forward for the noble cause ?
