The reply statement on counter affidavit submitted by DOPT is to be submiited before 10th august to CAT,Ernakulam. All are once again requested to submit inputs/suggestions/annexures supporting our demands.
The counter affidavit is appears to be vague/irrelevant and misguiding the CAT.
