Our Parity case was heard by the CAT on 11-4-2014. DOPT is yet to submit the reply whereas the Govt.counsel argued that Ministry of Expenditure is seriously considering our case and calculating the financial implications and requested to grant more time and considering the submission, Hon'ble CAT granted final time till June(after vaccation)
We hope a favourable CAT orders.

ReplyDeleteI joined Department of Posts on 16.01.2009 as Stenographer Grade-D through SSC Matric Level Exam. 2006. My counter parts who were also selected in above exam. and who have joined after me in CSSS have been granted NFSG 4200/- w.e.f. 01.07.2013 before completing 5 years of Service. Their approved service was counted from 01.07.2008 and they joined in January-February 2009. I am getting Grade Pay only 2400 now. The information was received by me through RTI.
I am also from 2006 batch and joined Central Excise on 12.03.2009 and still taking G.P. Rs.2400/-.
