Shri.V.K.Palanimala, Private Secretary in Naval Hqr, Kochi. He was the Secretary of Naval Stenographers Association long period. He joined on 1-4-1977 at INHS,Sanjivani. He associated with the Confederation and extended full support to the Confederation. He was pioneer in dealing Stenographers issues at various forums. On behalf of entire Stenographers fraternity, I wish him a happy, Healthy and Peaceful retired life.
