I have self-published a book as titled above, through Pothi.com. This is a motivational book about my career and thoughts on HR containing 20 articles on current day topics. This is about the success story of a stenographer who, through opportunities that opened up before him, could rise to occupy positions of Director, Department of Electronics & IT, GOI, OSD, Science Advisory Council to Prime Minister, Chief Personnel Officer/Centre Coordinator, CDAC. He was also able to publish a book on Human Resource Management (S. Chand & Co.) and publish over 80 articles on Management, HR, S&T, general in leading newspapers and management journals.
The aim of the book is to get the younger generation motivated by creating in them an urge to excel in their career. Some of the HR articles in the book have already been published by Hindu Business Line, People & Management Magazine etc. Having worked in Government for over four decades, I want to share my experiences, particularly to the administrative personnel in the Government, who would find this book very useful.
