Filing CAT case for CSSS Parity

"  A meeting of  members of confederation of All India Central Government Stenographers Association held on 21st July 2012 at YMCA, Hall, Ernakulam to discuss  filing of  case with CAT for CSSS Parity.  Members from various Central Government department in Kerala attended.  After the meetng a team comprising  Shri.M.Harisuthan, SG, Smt.Ligy, Treasurer, Shri.K.K.Vijayan,MSMED and Shri.Ramdoss, SC/ST Commission met the Advocate Shri.Sarath and discussed the case details about 2 hours.  The advocate accepted and requested 10 days time for preparing the draft.  It  has been decided to file the case by the  Confederation and also minimum one members from few departments to strengthen the case.  Shri.Ramdoss, SC/ST Commission, Smt.Ligy, Customs, Shri.Srinivasan, IT, Shri.Sivakumar, Passport, Shri.K.K.Vijayan, MSMED will also join part with the CAT case to strengthen the case.   Once case is filed AIPSA which is the recognised association can also join.
 
             Anticipated expenditure about Rs.50,000/- only may cost.  Since there is no fund available with the Confederation, I request  all member associations/individual stenographers to contribute generously for our victory.  The contribution can be  given to Smt.Ligy S,.R, Treasurer.CAICGSA and PS to Commissioner, Customs Trivandrum-695001, Kerala.

  1. Sir, Please think over the idea of opening a bank account and invite contributions from the Stenographers throughout India through online transfer to meet the expenditure for CAT Case.

    I congratulate the brothers of CAICGSA Kerala branch for taking a step forward. I agree with the proposal that AIPSA should also join the movement and extend all kind of support including financial. Both the unions have same aim – ‘at par with CSSS’. If they fight together a better can be expected.

    While pursuing the court case at Ernakulam, Mr. Harisuthan will utilize his experience, gained during the AIPSA legal battle at CAT, Delhi Bench.

  4. Yes. Good Idea. As suggested by Shri A.R. Srinivasa Rao, kindly open a bank account and inform so that the stenographers working in all other departments can also contribute for a common task.
